Ο Woody Allen είναι από τους αγαπημένους μου σκηνοθέτης, να μην πω ο αγαπημένος μου. Τις προάλλες ξαναείδα το "Love and Death", παρωδία του μυθιστορήματος "Πόλεμος και Ειρήνη". Έχει απίστευτη πλάκα αυτή η ταινία, σε μερικά σημεία τραβάει λίγο, αλλά δεν πειράζει... Τα αστεία δεν είναι μόνο έξυπνα, είναι σουρεαλιστικά, θυμίζουν λίγο αδελφούς Μαρξ.
Τελος πάντων, γιατί να μιλάω εγώ, αφού ο Woody τα λέει τόσο ωραία; Κάποιες από τις αγαπημένες μου ατάκες:
Countess Alexandrovna: My bedroom at midnight?
Boris: Perfect. Will you be there too?
Countess Alexandrovna: Would you like some wine? Something to put you in the mood?

I think that the worst you can say about him is that basically he's an underachiever. After all, there are worse things in life than death. If you've ever spent an evening with an insurance salesman, you know what I'm talking about. The key is, to not think of death as an end, but as more of a very effective way to cut down on your expenses. Regarding love, heh, what can you say? It's not the quantity of your sexual relations that counts. It's the quality. On the other hand if the quantity drops below once every eight months, I would definitely look into. Έξοχος ο Γούντυ.
Αυτό που με έχει χαλάσει είναι ότι λες και έχει κάνει τάμα να γυρίζει κάθε χρόνο ταινία. Το αποτέλεσμα είναι να έχει βγάλει πατάτες που απλώς υποφέρονται εξαιτίας ενος -δυο καλών ατάκων,
Τις τελευταίες 2-3 δεν τις έχω δει καν.
Πράγματι έχει κάνει πολλές μετριότητες.
Πάντως το τελευταίο, το Matchpoint, να το το δεις, ήταν πολύ καλό. Αντικειμενικά πάντα!
